It’s no secret that childhood obesity is a growing pandemic in America.
Blame it on bad parenting; blame it on video games; blame it on the technology age. Whatever you wanna blame it on, go ahead – it’s nothing more than a steaming pile of shit. Children need proper guidance and role models in the early stages of their lives, and keeping kids in shape is not to be overlooked.
Kids can play games and play on their tablets and XBox and what-have-you, but proper nutrition and physical activity should not be optional- it should be mandatory!
